Good to know
Do you replace a wedding planner?
We sit alongside your plans rather than replacing them. We take on the research, admin and follow-ups that eat into your evenings, so you stay in control of every decision while we keep everything moving.
Can we change tier once we have started?
Yes. Many couples begin with The Wedding PA and move up as the date approaches. Changes take effect from your next monthly billing date.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
Your onboarding session, a full review of your plans to date, setting up your private dashboard and building your initial timeline, budget and supplier list.
Are supplier costs included?
No. Our fee covers our time and expertise. Supplier, venue and booking costs are paid by you directly, and we will never add a hidden mark-up.
Do you work on weddings abroad?
Absolutely. Destination celebrations are where a concierge comes into its own. Time zones, languages and long-distance suppliers are all handled for you.
What are your hours?
Concierge support runs within defined business hours, Monday to Friday. Response times and priority depend on your tier and are agreed before you begin.
