Our services
Ever After Ours provides wedding planning support, concierge services and access to a private planning dashboard. The scope of each tier is agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Fees and billing
Memberships and concierge tiers are billed monthly in advance, or annually where you choose to prepay. A one-off onboarding fee applies to concierge tiers.
Supplier costs
Supplier, venue and booking costs are paid by you directly to the supplier. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party suppliers.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly membership or tier at any time, effective from your next billing date. Your statutory 14-day cooling-off rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.
